Hi, my name is Julie Bell and throughout my life, I always had an interest and passion for keeping fit and healthy. I love playing netball and going to the gym; and I really enjoy the feeling and buzz that exercise gives me.
I used to work in an office environment, but when the feelings of boredom and tension started to creep in, I knew that my ambitions lay elsewhere.
My mission is to encourage others to reap the benefits of exercise and to achieve their own personal fitness goals, and above all, make fitness fun.
I can help you achieve your health and fitness goals by offering you a dedicated fitness programme, suited to your individual needs. From exercise beginners to experienced; anyone can benefit from working with a personal trainer.
Sessions can be one to one or in small groups, and I will monitor your fitness to ensure you are on track to achieving your goals.
